Tickets for Family & Friends

All students graduating and attending the ceremony are entitled to THREE complimentary guest tickets via the link below. You will need your student ID number (Person Code) to claim your tickets. You will find this on your student feedback sheets in the top left corner.

  • You must hire your graduation cap and gown before 5pm on 3/7/26 @6pm

    Please collect your cap and gown one hour thirty minutes before your ceremony time from Metquarter.

    Please note all cap and gowns MUST be returned on the day of graduation by 6pm back to the same place where you collected them from at Metquarter.

    Please be aware that graduation attendance is subject to successfully passing all assessments and modules.

  • On the day graduates will:

    1. Collect cap and gown from LMA Liverpool campus (Metquarter)

    2. Visit professional photographer at LMA Liverpool campus (if you have booked this via the grad portal)

    3. Head to St George’s Hall Concert Room

    4. Register at St George’s Hall

    5. Listen for announcements from LMA staff

    6. Have an amazing day!

    *Please note that there are no cloakroom facilities at the venue. Leave your valuables with your guests


    On the day guests will:

    1. Be very welcome to attend Metquarter with the graduate to assist with cap and gown / photographs

    2. Present guest tickets on arrival at St George’s Hall Concert Room (30 minutes prior to ceremony start)

    3. Enjoy the day!

    *Please note that late comers will not be permitted to enter.

  • You can book a slot with the professional photographer which will happen at Metquarter, LMA Liverpool campus. When you book your cap and gown online you will get the chance to select photography or not. Various packages are available.

    Please note you can take photos and videos before, during or after the ceremony.

    You must hire your graduation cap and gown, book photography and claim your THREE FREE tickets before 5pm on 3/7/26 @6pm

  • Seating is not reserved for guests. 

    When you enter the venue, some seating is reserved for Graduates, this will be clearly labelled. 

  • The Master of Ceremonies will provide graduates and guests with some brief instructions at the start of the event.

    LMA staff will let you know when it's your turn to walk across the stage and receive your certificate.

  • Following the ceremony, graduates will exit the room and await the company of guests for a drinks reception and lots of photograph opportunities outside on the steps of St Georges Hall. 

    Please note all cap and gowns MUST be returned on the day of graduation by 6pm to the same place where you collected them from at Metquarter.
