The entrance to Sadler’s Wells East is off Stratford Walk, Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park, London, E20 2AR

Sadler’s Wells East is part of the new East Bank cultural precinct in the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park. The theatre is located next to the London Aquatics Centre and BBC Studios, and opposite the London Stadium.

LMA students who are graduating on 21st July 2026 do NOT need a ticket. On arrival, please report to the LMA sign in desk at Sadler’s Wells East on Graduation day.


Tickets for Family & Friends

All students graduating and attending the ceremony are entitled to THREE complimentary guest tickets via the link below. You will need your student ID number (Person Code) to claim your tickets. You will find this on your student feedback sheets in the top left corner.

GRAD HUB - STEP BY STEP GUIDE

1 - SEARCH FOR LMA UNDER INSTITUTION DETAILS AND CLICK CONTINUE

2 - ENTER YOUR DETAILS AND STUDENT ID AND CLICK CONTINUE

3 - SELECT THE CORRECT CEREMONY DATE AND TIME FROM THE EVENT MENU

4 - CHOOSE BACHELOR’S / 1ST DEGREES –REGENT’S BACHELORS THEN CLICK SUBMIT

5 - REVIEW YOUR DETAILS AND CONFIRM BY CLICKING YES

6 - FOLLOW THE NEXT STAGES TO CHECKOUT

  • You must hire your graduation cap and gown before 3/7/26 @6pm

    Please collect your cap and gown one hour thirty minutes before your ceremony time.

    Please note all cap and gowns MUST be returned on the day of graduation back to the same place where you collected them from.

    Please be aware that graduation attendance is subject to successfully passing all assessments and modules.

  • On the day graduates will:

    1. Register at the LMA sign in desk located at Sadler’s Wells East

    2. Collect cap and gown from the pick up point at Sadler’s Wells East

    3. Visit professional photographer at Sadler’s Wells East (if it has been pre booked)

    4. Listen for announcements from LMA staff

    5. Have an amazing day!

    *Note that there are no cloakroom facilities at the venue. Leave your valuables with your guests


    On the day your three guests will:

    1. Present guest tickets on arrival at the sign in point (30 minutes prior to ceremony start)

    2. Guests are welcome to attend with the graduate to assist with cap and gown / photographs

    3. Enjoy the day!


  • You can book a slot with the professional photographer before the ceremony. When you book your cap and gown online you will get the chance to select photography or not.

    Please note you can take photos and videos before, during or after the ceremony.

  • Seating is not reserved for guests. 

    When you enter the venue, some seating is reserved for Graduates - this will be clearly labelled. 

  • The Master of Ceremonies will provide graduates and guests with some brief instructions at the start of the event.

    LMA staff will let you know when it's your turn to walk across the stage and receive your certificate.

  • Following the ceremony, graduates will exit the room and await the company of guests for a drinks reception and lots of photograph opportunities outside the venue. 

    Please note all cap and gowns MUST be returned on the day of graduation back to the same place where you collected them from.
